4,500 SQ FT space for the cancer drug researches.

Completed: 2022

Program: 4,500 SQ FT space for the cancer drug researches. Including: general lab, tissue culture rooms, microscope lab, bacterial growth room, cold room and autoclave room.

03 Residential

Single Family Addition, Brooklyn, NY

New addition to a single-family house

Completed: 2021

Program: new addition to a single-family house, added a new sun room with a skylight to bring in more light for the house and a new powder room for easy access.

04 House renovation

Renovation for the Exterior, Basement, 1st floor and 2nd floor

Completed: 2023

Program: Exterior: Added new awning above the 1st floor kitchen. New exterior stair landing, stair steps and railing from 1st floor kitchen level to backyard. New furnishing for the backyard. New railing and guard rails for the basement exterior steps.
Basement: Re-designed the layout of the basement, new kitchen, laundry area, living room, bedroom & closets, and utility spaces. New paint for all the new rooms and bathroom.
First floor: New floor finish at Foyer. Added a powder room and a new washer and dryer closet. New paint for all the rooms.
Second floor: New Skylight window glass and new paint for all the bedrooms, bathroom, and hallway.
